OK people there something's I must clear up about my delta character
Minuteman,First off he isn't a loony this person just is very patriotic.
Secondly I haven't desided what his delta power is yet, What would be
suitable for him?. Also I got the idea for him when I saw the lastest cover
of Computer Gaming World, It featured an article on the upcoming Fredom
Force a new superhero computer game.
