All my BNW books are packed away in boxes at the moment so I'm going on
memory but..
Blasters have (if a remember correctly) a much higher rate of fire, a longer
range and do a lot more damage. Plus they can fire bolts from each hand,
getting (6) 5d6+10 attacks per action (though admittedly suffering off hand
penalties for doing so).

Pity the poor bouncer. He's fast and strong, but can't take a punch.
All the other bricks (aside from goliath) not only have armor but a
healing factor as well. Sucks to be a bouncer I guess. >>
Tough: That armor 20 is really, really high, especially when you are only
keeping your highest damage die. It takes on average 25 points of damage to
do one wound to these guys, it happens, just not that often.
Bouncer: Bouncer's get at least one additional action per turn right off the
bat, a much higher Pace and that +5 dodge makes them very slippery. These
guys aren't "bricks", they are very mobile. Bouncer's tend to dictate the
pace of whatever fight they are, and if they decided to leave, there isn't
much a Tough or Scrapper can do about it.
