[BNW] Crescent City question (Warning: Spoilers)

I was reading my copy of Crescent City and came across
something that raised a question in my mind.

Under Truth's writeup it lists one of her quirks as
being contact:Patriot. Now how can this be since we
all saw Patriot executed? Unless the rumors are true
and he was rescued before his execution and replaced
by a double. Anyone know what's up with this?
