They can lift a Size 3 object and move it about at double their usual Pace.
I extend that using the movement rules - so they can move a size 4 object at
their usual Pace, a size 5 object at half their Pace, and just lift a size 6
object a few centimetres.

Impossible. Telekinesis is crude movement, not fine control - you can pick
up a gun, but can't aim or fire it.
I allow a unique trick called Fine Manipulation for TK, that _does_ allow
you to do such things, but it's not a default ability.

The FM trick in my campaign has you use the appropriate skill, using Smarts
as the base attribute, and add +5 to the difficulty.
