Fireamrs Law is a nice sourcebook.  Another book to pull ideas out of is the Cannon Companiin from Shadow Run 3rd ed ... 

Speaking of Rolemaster, I am running the Rolemaster Tournament at Origins in 5 weeks.  It is called Return to Twilight 1:  The Sunken Temple.  It is the start of a 5 ot 6 year cycle that will be run primarily at Origins, as I really cant get to GenCon this year due to unemployment.  If I get the job i interview for on Tuesday, I will begin to run it there next summer.  
RoleMaster is another system that shouldnt be allowed to wither and die just because the company is gone.
