Even if BNW was still being published, I doubt that a fan-based group would 
get its own supplement, although there are always exceptions.  Write it up 
for a web site, and let us play with them. :)

There's lots of room to play around with (pun intended) the setting of 
BNW.  So this team of yours could work out.  Of course, what is their 
eventual goal?  Why wouldn't they work for either side?

Also, remember that the setting has inherent fear of deltas (DP or 
Defiance) -- you'd have to change that to make it work.  After all, Delta 
Prime is (technically) doing good works, and the Defiance (most of them, 
technically) is trying to do good works.  And yet the common person is 
scared, b/c lots of bad guys are there.  What about this team is so 
different from the way things normally are?
