What do you mean?  It isn't a new idea.  I know I've run BNW with super 
teams (delta teams), although the idea that the PCs were an actual team was 
a little shaky, but that had nothing to do with the way I set it up...

I had in my game the Triad (Chinatown superhero team that wasn't part of 
either side of the conflict).  I know other people have come up with team 
ideas as well.

Did you actually have a team you were coming up with?  Describe the members 
in more detail.
