Well the lawyers might have their hands full with
Marvel Entertainment Group if they tried to prosecute
people for using the name Freedom Force. Marvel has
been using that name for a group since the early 80's.
Plus Palladium might argue their right to the name
Minuteman since he appeared as a character in their
Villians Unlimited supplement.
