I wouldn't worry about using the name Minuteman, it's rather generic as
names go. Plus the patriotic theme has been used by various comic and RPG
companies. So it would be hard to create a completely original character.
Just stay away from invulnerable shields and sidekicks named Bucky.
Freedom Force is more of a probelm. Marvel is more than happy to sue people
out of existance.
