Re: [DL] Playing the Bad Guys...

Who said they would be NPCs or extras? You can have a bad guy as a player
character. I've been running Vampire LARPs for 4 years (non-MET, we despise
the Rock Paper Scissor nonsense), and refuse to use non-staff people as
NPCs. We write our plots to avoid that. Since you have so many spots to
fill that you can handle in tabletop as NPCs, you need to let people play
the gamut of characters types, from white hat to black heart...

As for Deadlands, we plan on continuing events, so if people can keep their
evil well hidden, it's not a problem... otherwise, they get killed, and
score one for the good guys...
