[DL] Joker's wild

While going through the emails I hard someone
mention a joker chip I saw no way to get one or
what it did so I came up with something. Well
that and I am getting bored waiting for something
to go wrong in the studio.(This accounting
presentation is boring me and the participants
pout at the sites)

Joker Chip
This chip is added to pot because the odds are
continully defyed or chaos is allowed to reign.
A posse continuosly succeeds with a number of
raise though out an adventure. If players
continuosly fail and botch rolls that should be
easily made the joker could appear. If events get
totaly out of control and their is massive
destruction with minimal injuries the joker could
appear.

White-This is spent like a red chip but for any
player.
Ex. Joe rolls his 3d4 dodge and gets a 3.Kate
spends her chips and rolls 1d4 and gets 2. Joe
gets out of the way and Marshall Bob cackles as
he draw his chip.

Red- any normal chip(white,red,blue) chip
exependiture can be cancelled. Additional chips
can still be spent afterwards.

Blue-This is the opposite of the normal use of a
blue chip as it allows you to take away from any
die roll.

Ex. Tom rolls his 4d12 shootin and gets a 16.
Rick spends the chips and rolls 1d12 and gets 10.
Tom has a grand total of 6 now.

Legend-Put all of one persons' chips back in the
pot( This can be player or marshall.) This use
will cause both the legend and the joker chip to
always be removed from the pot.

Black-Same as the legend for the Marshall only

I need to work out more this. How wouuld it work
with the Arcane Chip?
Can it be used to avoid wounds?
How Much?
Can it be used for Bounty?
How Much?

I need to clear up a way that the chip leaves the
pot.
Before I go any further I want to hear what
people think so far.
