The characters are alright, but I wouldn't say that they are really that
much better than they started off as, the two I mentioned both had pistols 5
and had the two fisted stuff from Law Dogs - pretty standard really for
Gunslingers. Anyway I'm renowned for being stingy with any xp whatever the
game (although I'm trying hard to recover from this habit :)) but it ends up
pretty fair - in my unbiased opinion!

The relic ain't a problem, it was primarily put in because the posse had
little chance of taking down a Nighthaunt without it (as it happened they
managed it without it as the character with the weapon decided to sit back
and watch the Nighthaunt rip the stuffing out of another PC!).

I had already used a "lots of Indians" ploy in the end of the last adventure
and to do something similar I thought would be just too samey. I also have
the problem where at least 3 out of 5 players roll 20+ regularly (Mmm)
however because of the layout of where we play there is little chance of
catching them at any creative dice rolling, there are too many corners,
under sofa's etc in which people roll - it can get a bit annoying. Anyway
that's another topic and one I believe was discussed not all that long ago.

Cheers
