Nope, but thanks for playing.

The Hexslingin' roll for Soul Blast is treated as the "to hit" and "success"
roll. The success just needs 5 or more, but with modifiers, the required
roll to hit may in fact be much higher (the range is 50, so there will not
be much in the way of range modifiers etc, but other modifiers such as
darkness, target speed, target dodges, etc apply.)

It's quite possible to succeed in the Soul Blast, but miss the target.
