[DL] new arcane powers rules/voodoo



hola, kids...

    got a quick question for the sagacious list inhabitants. what with the
new arcane background standardization, i'm assuming that the voodooist
system will be changing to match the others, i.e. spell levels based on the
characters faith:voodoo level rather than individual levels in the specific
spells. unfortunately, this seems to result in a massive power upgrade,
since a practical player will take faith:voodoo at 5. this gives him 5
voodoo spells at 5, making him a deathbeast from hell, what with duration
per level and suchlike. any suggestions on how to cool this out?
    yeah, i know, hexarcana will solve all my problems, but it's not out
yet. i haven't gotten the new rule books yet (picking them up this weekend)
anything in there that'd help?
