[DL] Joker-related question

Okay, this may be a technical question which has already been answered a 
billion times, but I'm new here, so I have an excuse. *g*

I was creating a fairly major NPC (no details because I know Ross is lurking
somewhere around here *g*), when lo and behold I drew a Joker. No biggie,
thought I innocently, just a potentially cool mysterious past, and so I drew
another card to determine the coordination. It turned out to be a Joker as
well. Now, I know Ross has pulled this trick at least twice, but I don't
remember exactly what that means, nor what I should do with them. Any ideas?
