Well, it's supposedly in the works. Unfortunately nothing offical is said on
the GURPS website (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/), although they are working
on the Steampunk and Old West, 2nd edition books. 

(Note: scroll down the page some until you get to the part about producing
the Imperial Rome, 2nd edition. It was quite amusing.)
