I found the answer to the question of what happens when a harrowed goes
bust on his dominion roll on page 96 of "The Book O' The Dead."  Just
read the whole page (I don't want to give it away to any players who
might be reading).  If you thought that giving the manitou full
dominion was bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet.  This is some nasty
stuff.
