This wrench causes all devices built with it to have a reliability rate one
higher then normal, the bad part is that a reliability roll is made each
night, if the roll fails a gremlin will appear and loosen up all the parts of
the device lowering the reliability by 5 untill the Mad Scientist is able to
notice and repair the damage.

Prof. Raymons Book of Blueprints.

This book contains a series of blue prints for a verity of common gadgets, the
problem is that the measuments for the parts and other factors change slightly
each time the book is read making it impossible to make a funtioning device
from the book.

Barkly’s toolbox

This wooded toolbox contains a assortment of common tool, any gadget made with
this tools is done in 80% of the exspected time, and loses 1 point of
reliability each week it is in use, or each time it is used.
As a side effect any device built with these tools always have bits left
over.

These goggless give the Mad scientist a +1 to all search and scrutinize rolls,
as well as correcting any vision problems from the bad eyes hinderance. If
worn on a long term basis the wearr gains the Douthing Thomas disadvatage and
the goggels will twist what he see to a potentionaly rational event.

The poket watch:

The large palm sized watch is intrinklly ingraved. It has a stop watch and
calander function as well as a alarm which plays Wagner. The watchface has a
small door set in the bottom which will open on the hour to reveal a small
bird who mouth will open and shut to the sound of a chirp tolling the hour.
The wacth has no special powers but is equiped with a hand that counts down
each twelve hour and then causes 3d6 wind to anyone holding it, 1d6 wind to
anyone withing 20 feet of it, dims large fires and puts out small flame and
forms frost on glass on metal. This is the watches way of powering it self.

The infernal device:

A 1’ long brass clockwork device. The device appears as a turtle with four
elephants on its back, the elephants have a disk with a textured map of the
world on it as a flat earth. The turtles legs move when it is set on its feet
and the elephants slowly spin in a circle. The device was no visible way of
opening it and attempting to force it open causes it to exsplode in a shower
of coils, screws, and cogs. The device will never  otherwise stop powering
itself.

The Mentor (based on ghoul’s )

A Mechanical fish bowl containing a large goldfish, the fish claimes to be one
Proffeser Brian Tobins and is in face the harrowed Tobin,s Manitou, forced
into the body of a fish in order to allow Tobin to act freely without
constantly fighting for controll. The fish bowl has a automatic feeding system
and a telegaph key like device allowing the gold fish to communicate. The fish
still has access to all of Tobins current activities and it will try to advise
the player into makeing devices that duplicate the real Tobin’s exsperiments,
a process sure to bring a enraged Tobin calling on the player and bringing
Tobin with in reach of the fish for a new dominion check.
