It was all a knee-jerk reaction of the government.  Sheez, they don't even
realize that minis *aren't* kid's toys.

Of course on the upside, it was a convenient excuse for all of the mini
companies to raise prices.

I'm not sure how encompassing the law is, however, because I know that many
companies still produce 100% lead minis (Old Glory and the Foundry to name
two)
