[DL] Museum Update

Hi List,
Thanks to all whom Mailed me about my uploading problems, I've got
around them by transfering the Museum to a different Geocities URL.

Also Two of the Galleries the Notables and Pier are now updated, along
with their corresponding Marshals Only pages.

Your feedback and ideas are greatly appreciated.
