Howdy,

Now that i have an email at work, I subscribed to the regular list. I hope
it can help me being less of a lurker (I don't like to reply to the digest
edition), provided that I can post in text format, that is.

So if this ends up in html, please forgive me. I will try to correct it. I'm
new to outlook and I already don't like it.

Concerning the products changes news that produced so much debate :

I've been disappointed to learn that the sourcebooks sales were low. It
seemed to me it was bad omen for Shane's return to the list. That and the
recent news of PEG being bought must have misled the more pessimistic
listers (such as me), and those missing their faith rolls may thus have
written a few harsh comments on the combined format.
I can understand that.
I'd hate to see PEG not getting all of the success it deserves (praise sure
is important, but useless if in the end you don't sell enough of the
so-acclaimed product).
Fortunately, John wrote comforting words about the company's health.
So I know this list is harrowed, but it's great to know that PEG's alive and
kicking. Long live to them.
