You know, there's nothing wrong with taking notes while you're
Marshaling.  It might help you keep track of where everybody's at, and
what they're doing.  It also helps a ton during combat.

If you can't split up time effectively, try this out:  Spend five
minutes with each player.  If there's more than one player in a group
(as in, they've split into groups), spend that many times five minutes. 
The idea is, everybody gets roughly the same amount of attention.

If someone enters combat, deal with that person exclusively for a few
rounds, and if the combat looks like it's going to take a while, take a
breif break and deal with another player or group for a few minutes. 
Try to keep everyone attentive.

And finally, if you have way too many people splitting up and doing
their own thing, just start killing off the characters who split from
the group (or maybe not kill them, just give them a good scare). 
That'll keep them in a tightly-knit cluster.  For grenading, that is :P
