The Hanging Judge fiasco is bugging us far more than you, let me assure you. 
I'm working on a solution and hope to have some news next week.

Please remember that we only did sales for the statue--we don't make it. This 
has nothing to do with the merger--it's purely a production problem on Toy  
Vault's side. That said, it was my decision to take preorders for it 
(remember the note we posted). We warned folks it would be a few months when 
we took the orders in April, but but it's now been far too long.

I'll let everyone know something next week.
