 The ones in a few of the printed adventures (Comin' Round the Mountain from
 the Marshal's Handbook, and The Last Stop, which isn't really printed I
 guess) have two passenger carraiges.  And yes, they both have freight cars
 as well, along with a coal car, caboose (place for the train staff to
 chill) and possibly a horsebox if required.

 Coal.  Ghost Rock costs a bucket of money (approx.).

 You'd probably go with the individual system, each having its own malfunction
 number and what have you, if you wanted to go into that kind of detail.
