An adventure set in the Maze starring a prominent member of the Collegium, 
and dealing with the state of California deciding to put who they owe 
allegiance to to a vote. Union, Confederacy or Free State. It was originally 
slated to be a paper module, then released as a .pdf under Cybergames.

Shane has hinted that he would like to release it as originally intended 
(paper), but he hasn't made a firm commitment towards that yet.
