<LOL>  Given some of the amazing leaps of logic people that are drunk (or
otherwise altered) seem to make, perhaps Mad Scientists should get a bonus
to their formulae rolls if they are "chemically enhanced" while they are
working on them?  (Of course, I would think that, given those same odd leaps
of logic, perhaps the formulae might not do exactly what they were intended
for?)
