Speaking as someone on the west coast of the States,
orders have taken generally two/three weeks from
on-line wishing and arrival on the front door. I sent
in an order at the start of the month and it's due for
delivery (according to the UPS gods) this week.
Previous orders have arrived after about the same sort
of delay. 

Speaking of ordering, is the new on-line system going
to be operational shortly? I need to spend some money
quickly before the NZ Inland Revenue Department
discover I'm still alive.
