The thing about ghost rock boilers is that you're not sticking 4 pounda
of Rock into a big train boiler.  The ghost rock boilers are made just to
hold a small amount of fuel, and would keep that in mind when
transferring the heat to the water.  If you're talking about putting
ghost rock into a big train boiler, you could just as easily note that
the rock would melt its way through the metal.
