Agreed, but the books also contradict themselves at least once, the manitous
animating the bone golems in Lost Angels graveyard only use tiny pieces of
leftover brain to inhabit. I think the point being made was that even though
a maiming wound to the head will kill a living person, a Harrowed and a
walkin' dead - the living need a lot more of their brains intact to keep
going, whereas the other two can survive on less.

It's not part of the rules but I like the sentiment - once you put 'em down
once make sure you use a shotgun to stop 'em getting back up again!
