Well, we got fed up with the pop-up ads, not to mention that geocities seemed to
go on the blink every ten seconds, refusing to load and losing pages right left
and centre.

Our Marshal can be more specific (since I know as much about building a website
as my kitchen table), but generally speaking we weren't too thrilled with it.
