That would depend how they are used.
I would see the Rocket men as scouts or a highly mobile infantry.  This would put them in the duties of cavalry and should be trimed in yellow.  Another alternative could be the use of orange to represent the reactivation of the duties of the dragoon which had been absorbed by the cavalry.

Flame throwers I think would fall under a type of artillery.  Sending out a large amount of material in support of the infantry.
Artillery was trimmed in red.
