Re: [DL] OT (Ya Think) OT Whaddabout Dice? (was: The decks that y our huckster use

Ok, now we are on wierd dice stories.

I had a friend who, when he needed dice, would go to the game store and ask
to see the dice cases. Then he would systematicly roll all of the dice one
at a time until he had separated out the ones that rolled 20 (on d20, he did
it for others to) and the ones that rolled 1's. Then he would continue in
this fashion until he had whittled down the pile to the dice that rolled
consistantly 20, or 1, or whatever number set he needed.
I have seen him take 4 hours to buy 1 d20. It was truely pathetic, but he
did roll what he needed a lot of the time. Had a bag of dice where each die
was for a specific number he needed to roll.
