[DL] My turn to complain [SHANE]

So, I know everyone was at GenCon, but I also saw the messages about their
being extra staff to ship while you were away.

So what happened. A member of my gaming group, the guy designated to run
Weird Wars ordered his book over a week ago. He then called Monday to make
sure that the game would actually be shipped on Tuesday the 31st as
promised. He was assured it would be. He asked to verify that information
because he was running a game that Sunday and wanted to be sure. They said
it would absolutely ship on the 31st.

Well along comes the 3rd and we get the UPS notification its on the way.
Sunday came and no game books to use. We faked it using d20 Deadlands, but
we were disappointed.

Just wanted to let you know.
