As far as I know (and while I'm knowledgeable about the military arts, I'm
by no means an expert on the Royal Army) the Royal Army still teaches
bayonet drill to it's soldiers.  

The U.S. Army, oth, hasn't since I was sworn in (circa 1986).  There may,
however, still be units that train with the pugil sticks.
