Re: [DL] Atlantis in DL

I treated atlantis like a cheesy 50's movie. It wasnt a very serious
campaign but the gang ate it alive. I pulled a few concepts from those
Voyager episodes that were in black and white. (like the robots)

They (The atlantians) all had silly suits and helmets with fins and their
guns looked just like a 50's movie, and they had a car-like device that
drove out of the ocean and around in a circle before getting a tire blown
off.

A mad Scientist had befrended their enemies "The Fish men" and kidnapped
their princess and they needed help to find it. They fought a few East
coast Croakers

In the end, they decided that the land-creatures were to war-like and
primitive to be allies so they went back into the sea.

at the end, I played a song from one of Ed Wood's flicks on the stereo.

I laughed maniacly while I ran this campaign... It was a hoot. I immagine
that your looking for something a bit more serious though. :)
