If you're interested in various Atlantean interpretations, may I 
commend to your attention the recently released GURPS Atlantis 
supplement? It was designed to be as rules-free as possible, with the 
exception of some NPCs and one explicitly tech-heavy chapter. It was 
written by the erudite Phil Masters, and capably edited by ... um ... 
some schmoe who probably ought to remain nameless.

Well, anyway, take a look at it. SJ Games is justifiably proud of this 
book. (And if you head to www.warehouse23.com right now, you can 
preorder a limited edition hardcover version!)
