The caltrop comment was mine.  Here's the rundown on the originals

Four Sider:  Yellow
Six Sider:  Orange, very sharp corners - it looked like it had been cut from
a square bar of plastic.
Eight Sider:  Green
Twelve Sider:  Light Blue
Twenty Siders (2):  One white, one pink.
