[DL] Senario ideal (longish)

In the town of Genisis one Finnigan Tweed, Wannabe
Mad sciencetist rebuilds a device created by one
Franklin P Arcwright. Arcwight's device was supposed
to create a image in light and ghostrock smoke of
whatever the operator of the device was thinking of.
Arcwright's home was destroyed on the night of the
devices testing, but tweed did not let this this
bother him. Tweed rebuilt the device and tested it.
After hours of trying readying the device and more
hours of trying to concentrate his thoughts to make
it work, Tweed fell into a deep sleep, with the
machine still running.

Unknown to Tweed he posseses a rare Arcane background
call The Null, he is totally unable to connect with
the hunting ground, and is thus unable to become a
mad scientist or any sort of arcane of anysort. HE is
also immune to being directelly affected by any spell.
The reason he was unable to make the machine work is
that the machine channeled gremlins into physical
form shaped by the thoughts of the mad scientist
attempting to operate the machine, or any other
arcane in the area.

3 buildings down, one Albert Collins, Huckster, has
been researching the secret names of manitou who can
boost specific or general hexes if called apon. As
Collins falls asleep vision of the images and names
of a score of manitou dance in his head.

And in a barn 3 doors down the manitou start to come
though.

The ideal here is that you take the Manitou described
in the article A cut above the Rest (availible on all
the finer deadland fan sites) and give them physical
form, the real world versions can be gremlins in the
form of the manitous ( but tougher than a gremlin in
most cases)who belive that they are the manitou, the
real world version can be the real manitou taken on
real forms, or they can be suiside kings who are
taken on the form of the manitou for the porpose of
chaseing down a huckster and killing them to free
them selves, or a mixture of all three.

An alternative to this is that instead of takeing on
physical forms the manitou instead posses the
sleeping bodies of the townfolk of Genisis, and can
at will create a illusion of thier manitou form in
place of the real person, or walk around in the real
persons body unseen while they cause mischeif and
such.
The appeal of this is that the players have to figure
out how to get the manitou to leave the bodies rather
then just hunt em' down and blast them.
