High Plains Drifter

The Quick & The Dead
Evil Dead 2 & Army of Darkness (not western-themed, but great for
combining humor with horror)
There are a number of lesser movies with humor and western themes: Back
to the Future 3, The Frisco Kid, Blazing Saddles)

How Few Remain - Harry Turtledove
The Big Book of the Weird Wild West - John Whalen
Saloons of the Old West - Richard Erdoes
Time Life series The West
The Native Americans
The Navajo
