Not as much private as expensive. Think of it as
ordering made to design suits. Any one can do it - if
they have the money to do so in the first place. A
proper gentleman may shop there as they have the money
and desire to do so (to fit into the proper social
scene for instance). Others either don't care or can't
afford the prices.
