[DL] King & haunted houses

Well King does a good write up on the Haunted House creature in his book,
Danse Macabre, so I think that predates CHILL & DL.  What I was talking
about was Ellen Rimbauer walking around with a carpenter's hammer saying,
"Either help us build or die."  See, she'd be an abomination with Immunity
to all normal weapons, & Vulnerability: carpenter's hammer.  Ah well....
