         The drowned Harrowed is mentioned in the Marshal Section of the Lost Angles sourcebook, under the Cleaner entry.....or whatever the serial killer entry was that the Agency Operative mentioned.  I remember that "the 'soiled doves were found filled with fish, had mollusk for eyes, and had eels stuck were ever possible" as the Agent put it in the Posse Section when describing the crime.
