[DLd20] PCGen Deadlands (was: [DL] [d20]Character Sheets)

Thanks, Chris, for that clarification. True, PCGen isn't everyone's
cup of tea, but it's still an option. And since the program started as
one person trying to learn JAVA and has grown to an estimated 10,000
users, we must be doing something right!

Speaking of options, we (the Deadlands Code Writer & I) currently have
the program's equipment modification options set up to create only
masterwork weapons and armor in the Deadlands mode, although there are
specific relics which have magical bonuses. It was done this way since
normally, none of the PC classes are supposed to have access to Item
Creation feats. For the folks out there who do use PCGen, do you think
we should include the capability to create new magical relics (i.e. add
magical bonuses beyond masterwork), for the Marshall's benefit?
