I see ghost rock as the ultimate Fuel Mimic.  In 19th Century people only 
see it as Super Coal(because thats all they really use as far as fuel goes). 
  But as time progress so do experiments in Ghost Rock.  and it seems(again 
at least according to HOE) that any modern fuel has a high effiecency ghost 
Rock equivilant(I can think of at least two,  Spook juice is distilled Ghost 
Rock that essential is Super Gasoline(you need to modify the Car a little 
and there is that unholy wailing from the exhaust but hell its easier to 
find in the waste then gas).  Also Irradited Ghost Rock will do everything 
Plutonium will do only better.

So pretty much if there is a way to get Ghost Rock similiar to a fuel the it 
can be used like it only better.
