Yeah, tell me about it.  I didn't want to just laugh in his face,
though, that's why I posted it here.  Based on Allan Seyberth's
suggestion, I've reworked the player's request into an actual viable
Special Agent, who uses Alchemical Serums to get one-shot abilities.

Anyone interested may feel free to email me and I'll send a copy of the
document.
