Avatars? Is this official, and if, what's the source? Haven't heard
anything about avatars, only that those dudes are the reckoners favourite
pets.

Cackler at least comes into mind.

HoD states that there are no stats for Stone, but if necessary, the
Marshal may use 10d12 for any skill he might use. Also, it is stated that
Stone has all the undead powers from Book o' the dead at level 4.
The future Stone, who came through hunting grounds from the future has all
the undead powers at level 5.

My characters ran against Stone while we played the Heart of darkness
(well, HoD of sorts..). Basically, first they got their arse whupped, when
Stone walked over them (partly literally). Then, a few of my chars spend a
considerable amount of time running away from him. One Harrowed even
managed to fan his pistol empty into Stones head (managed to grab a red
joker), but I chipped out the damage, and Stone faded using Ghost-power.

They also met LaCroix, and tried to act against him, but the only char who
had the guts to do anything against him fell to the Puppet-spell (black
magick), and in fear of losing him, nobody acted.

I usually use 10d12 for the major baddies. My chars have tried to kill
Stone and LaCroix, and currently believe LaCroix is dead (killed by an NPC
friend), but that's all part of Barons schemes. I would give them a chance
of killing them, but in those cases will use the baddies' powers to their
full extent. And use 10d12 (or, for eg. Stones quickness, 10d12+10).

Of course, with powers like the Major Baddies have, offing them will
require a fiendishly clever scheme.

I'd also like to know how they offed Grimme. I think my posse will try the
same some day.

2. Since I mentioned Kang, I will ask your opinions

If you think it's cool, go for it. Kang actually might want to have an
armor covered with jade (armor made of jade might be abit heavy..), if you
have played him as a vain or foppish character.

My vision of Kang is not that much warrior-like.
