According to Fortress o' Fear, Confederate Captain Jasper Stone of the
13th Alabama was killed at Gettysburg by his own men. He rose from the
grave Harrowed, got control of his Manitou and hunted them down.
Stone is two-fisted ands uses two Colt Walkers. He has access to every
Harrowed power he wants to use at level 5.
The Deadlands Marshal's Guide gives Stone any Harrowed power at level 4,
though. The Marshal's Guide also lists him as two-fisted but preferring
Colt Dragoons. His shootin' with any firearm is 10d12+10, so he ain't
missin' nothin'!
