Have a mirror at the entrance, when they agree to pay the entrance fee, 
have thier reflextion suddenly start to shiver and slowly drop to its 
knees with a look of pain on its face, have a few of the staff members in 
the mirror drag off the reflextion. Untill the gamber wins, he has no 
reflextion, his breath does not fog shiney things like glass or in the 
cold, both his hair and nails stop growing, he lose his sence of taste 
and smell, and his wounds no longer heal naturally.
