I have one that I really want to run however, right now its hard to find
time and a game to put him in.  Keep in mind the things like Whatley Taint,
Myst. background, and Vet. O Wierd haven't been thoroughly done but only 1
should really relate to an NPC.

So, I will give you the info: (note: all automatic levels aren't listed
since they are thought to be known)
Harland Wheatly (not a typo)
Part of the "white" sheep side of the family.  A group of Whately's that
didn't want any part of the name or the pact.  They moved and changed their
name to try from making people nervous.  That didn't stop the Whately pact
from summoning him and his siblings to delve into the powers.  It is, after
all, in the blood.  Harland delved deep into the blood magic, there was no
real way to keep a clean soul once he learned the ways.  So, he tries to
keep his life and bloodline secret.  Unfortunately, he knows his brothers
(Lawrence and Lucas) are more involved with the darker end,  They have
disappeared and are thought to be heading to Gomorra.
