The site above is Peter's Evil Overlord list.  Why is
it relevant to Deadlands?  Well, cuz it is... sorta...

Since the "hero generating" software was up here, I
thought I'd throw this in as well.

It shows how evil overlords, while having no real
weaknesses, nonetheless tend to trip over their own
egos.  It is great fun as a "one off" adventure
starter.

How?

Throw your posse up against Reverend Grimme, Dr.
Helstromme, the Jeff Davis Doppleganger or any other
"evil overlord".  Roll 1d100 on the table, and this is
the rule that the overlord failed to follow.  

Voila!  Instant adventure.
